Evelina, our next level Customer Success Manager, is here to show you around Sched. This is session one of two (the second one will happen tomorrow). Evelina loves questions so come prepared to ask all that you would like on the Sched platform.

Action Items:

This is an opportunity to jump into a shared meeting across the company and for you to meet and chat with team members you might not otherwise work with on a day to day basis.

Sittie, our sales admin who we literally couldn't function without, will run you through our billing platform, Recurly!

Day 3 - how is it going?! We hope you are enjoying your new hire journey so far. Our goal is to make your first week a smooth transition into Sched. We don’t want you to feel overwhelmed, but we’re eager to get you integrated and up to speed!

Please take this time to focus on the following:

1. Completing your:
   1. Kr's orientation and IT set up tasks
   2. Sergio's orientation and IT set up tasks
2. Complete Hubspot training
3. Completing action items from Product Demo
4. Completing action items from Schedmin training
5. Make sure you have all your required systems access, are all your profiles set-up properly?
